Community Guidelines

Autlantic Billing is built for lawful software, SaaS, digital products, memberships, professional services, and similar offerings billed in USDC on Base.

Merchants are responsible for what they sell and how they describe it. Customers are responsible for completing payments correctly and using purchased access lawfully.

The following are not allowed:

• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult-only products or media.
• Subscriptions or checkout flows marketed as adult entertainment or sexual services.
• Escort services, sexual solicitation, or pay-for-access adult material.
• Product names, descriptions, or branding intended to promote sexual content through Autlantic Billing.
• Using Billing to route users to off-platform adult payment or content flows.

Autlantic Billing is not an adult content platform. Merchant accounts created primarily for sexual or pornographic activity will be removed.

• Illegal goods, services, or instructions.
• Fraud, impersonation, stolen accounts, or payment abuse.
• Malware, phishing, spam, or deceptive checkout pages.
• Hate, harassment, threats, or exploitation of minors.
• Money laundering, sanctions evasion, or clear financial crime patterns.
• Attempts to bypass bans, security controls, or platform enforcement.

• Describe products and prices accurately.
• Deliver what you promise to paying customers.
• Keep branding, catalog copy, and support channels professional and lawful.
• Respond to customer billing issues in good faith.
• Protect API keys, webhook secrets, and team invitations.

• Pay the stated price and follow checkout instructions carefully.
• Do not attempt to circumvent payment, reuse unauthorized access, or abuse trials.
• Do not use Autlantic Billing flows to promote prohibited content or services.
• Report suspicious merchant checkout pages to Autlantic.

We may investigate reports, review merchant catalogs, and take action without prior notice when we believe these guidelines or our Terms were violated.

Actions may include:

• Disabling products, prices, or checkout.
• Revoking API keys or webhook delivery.
• Suspending a merchant account temporarily.
• Permanently closing a merchant account.

When we suspend or close an account, we email the address on file with the reason for the action when practical.

If you see a merchant account, product, or checkout flow that violates these guidelines, contact support@autlantic.com with the URL or merchant name if known, and a short description of the issue.
